1. Get in touch

Submit your inquiry directly online via the apartment listing. We will need your name and email address. For best results, register using the HOWOGE apartment search app, where you can save searches and manage dates and appointments.

2. Schedule an appointment

We collect all apartment inquiries. Since there are often several hundred, not everyone can be invited for a viewing. An automated lottery system selects a few interested parties who are then invited.

3. View the apartment

If you are interested after the viewing, please submit your household size and income information via the app. This will automatically check whether the apartment is suitable and, if applicable, whether you have a WBS (housing entitlement certificate).

4. Upload documents

If all the basic requirements are met, we will review your documents (e.g., proof of income, no rent arrears, WBS [housing entitlement certificate]). You simply upload these. If several applicants meet the requirements, the decision will be made randomly – solely based on the information you provided in your application.

5. Sign the rental agreement

If all the details match, you will receive a reservation and the rental agreement will be prepared – the apartment is yours.
