Due to current circumstances, we ask you to behave carefully and report any suspicious activity. After consulting with the police, we would like to ask you once again to do the following:
Do not allow strangers into the house. Always ask the bell system critically who rang the bell and where they want to go. Do not open the door if the person is unknown to you or if their explanations seem implausible. Please note the attached instructions on using the front door.
Contact the Gegenbauer/Apleona security serviceif you notice suspicious activity, third parties sleeping in the hallway and/or consumers staying in the house. The phone numbers are: At night: 0160/96 42 84 64 and during the day: 0151/12 23 66 36
Protect yourselfand please do not get into unnecessary arguments with unknown people in the house. If the security service is not immediately available or you observe concrete escalations, please contact the police (Tel.: 110). Describe as precisely as possible what/who you found and/or saw, when and where.The more precise your information is, the better the police can assess the need for action and react. If there are delays in responses from the police or security services, there are legitimate reasons for this. However, every comprehensible tip will always be investigated. In order to sustainably increase safety and order in the house, we also ask you not to invite homeless people and/or consumers into the house and/or to provide them with food in the house. This commitment is not an effective solution locally.
